July Market Snapshot

Summer 2015 was a busy one for our lovely city. Hosting the Pan Am and Para Pan Am games brought thousands of visitors and excitement to the city. And we can’t forget to mention the huge success of our Blue Jays!

The city wasn’t the only thing abuzz – so was our real estate market. July statistics show strong increases in all housing sectors, while low interest rates continue to drive buyers into the market. Even though there have been steady increases in price, it is still a great time to buy. Toronto still remains “affordable” relative to other major cities.
