What you wants, wants you

What you want, wants you is telling you that your desires are little love letters from your soul, and the universe whispering to you where you need to be. They are the glimmers and clues of what is there to be explored and uncovered if you truly believe that what you want, wants you. If you have the desire, you also have the gifts and the means to make it come true. That is the way symmetry works.

Relationship? An exceptional career? A lover that touches your soul or perhaps you have a deep long desire to turn a hobby into a creative venture? Whatever it is that speaks directly to you is also seeking you.

THE PROBLEM?
We get in our own way, we enter a fight with the belief in our heart of hearts that we can make something happen, and the unconscious belief that has us think, believe and act a different way blocking our every move. The one that has us go for the beer, chips or chocolate in the cupboard when what we long for is a vital life.

Being clear, aligning to what it is our heart desires and, connecting to our courage will have us act on our deepest desires.

WHAT GETS IN OUR WAY

Shame, or denial of your natural pleasure will have you develop a tenuous relationship with the yearnings of your heart and can cripple or burden your desire to be in symmetry with your life plan.

Emotional pain

the wounding we experienced as a child - how our emotional, physical and environmental needs were met or unmet deeply sets the landscape for how we interact with life. Think of a big ole cranky sore that over time, left untreated weeps and becomes infected and affects our day to day living. Unmet emotional pain is the same and can look like; low self esteem, depression, anger, self destructive behaviours, fear to interact with life, shame or withholding from those you love.

Likewise, as we progress through life, our life experiences - our first love, the relationships that we felt hurt by, losing somebody we are close to - all lend to our emotional status and if left untreated effect how open or closed we are to receive what it is we long for.

WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT?

Hold your Vision true - as you get to know your genuine desires and give yourself genuine permission to feel and receive them, a powerful sequence is set in motion. No substitutions, no make dos. Trust the spirit of your heart and that which it dreams - hold what you long for every time you step into action with what it is you desire and know it to be true. Know it is to BE.

Aligned Action is when you commence and execute the steps necessary to be thoroughly and utterly in alignment with what it is you desire. Know what you are seeking, intuitively know your next step and abundantly choose to take action on that next step.

Meeting your emotional pain - I know, this is the unsexy part, the part that can seem a little difficult, BUT you have my word, the more deeply you dance with what it is that ails you, the closer to freedom you will feel. When we meet the depths of our emotional pain, the ache will no longer lead us and we move from lack, pain and doubt to possibility, action and knowing our own self worth that places the map directly in your hands.

Creating my heart's desires has simply been my life work. I've listened and I've learned. I've studies, and I've used every technique possible and excavated my story and come to know the ways to be with and safely release what stands in our/my way.
